Seeking dental hygienist to join our Suwanee family practice! We are a small established 1 dentist office with commitment to quality of dental care and building relationships with our patients. We have long term loyal patients that value the services we provide. Hygiene appointments are 60 minute recalls with emphasis of taking quality digital radiographs including FMXs with a thorough yet conservative hygiene program. Our ideal candidate is patient friendly, gentle, detail-oriented but capable of thinking outside the box, and a self-starter. We appreciate someone that has a desire to seek knowledge in their field to better serve patients. As a small office, we have formed a highly successful team that is willing to pitch in if needed to help each other so that patients have an optimal experience in our practice. There is no room for big egos or drama - strong work ethic and humble nature is a key personality trait. We are looking for a hygienist 3 days a week, though options exist for more or less days if needed. Hourly pay based upon experience - Hours 8-5 pm with 1 hour lunch, Vacation, Sick leave, and Retirement benefits. Going the extra mile is rewarded in terms of loyalty, attitude, and effort as well with bonuses. We are mindful of smart business, but we are not seeking a hygienist that drives herself by a production mindset. We are successful only if we treat our patients with respect and ethically.
