The Practice ------------------ We are a growing private PPO practice in Mesquite [conveniently located near N Belt Line and US-80], we have a great experienced team and a solid patient base. The Dentist has a charming personality and fosters a warm, loving culture. We are very fortunate to have a team already where everyone genuinely likes each other, and goes out of their way to help one another. We laugh a lot – a bit too much - and live our practice’s slogan of ‘Creating happy memories’ every day. The Position- The ideal candidate will have a great loving personality, loves educating and taking care of oral hygiene. Will be responsible and punctual. This is a part-time position two times a week. You can pick any 2 days Mon-Thursday. We work from 7AM- 3PM and Thursday 10.30-6.30PM. We are looking for an experienced hygienist as our patients have been seeing the same hygienist for 30+years. Hygienist should be energetic, caring, dependable, have a solid work ethic with great bedside manners. Pay will be based hourly and on experience and above market rate. Does this describe you?- You have RDH degree You have minimum 3yrs experience as a hygienist You are proficient in Scaling and root planing, educating patients, and diagnosis. You possess exceptional human relation skills and maintain a caring, friendly attitude with patients and team members at all times. You are able to take care of post operative care of your patients. You are organized, and able to complete procedures on time. What will you do?- Update medical history, take x-rays, record perio chart, perform hygiene treatment and make follow-up appointments. You will set-up and break down your chair, clean your instruments, maintain hygiene inventory, make recall appointments if you have a cancellation. Why should you apply?
