Due to patient growth and the recent opening of our brand new, high tech office, we are searching for more, fun-loving, team playing, Registered Dental Hygienists. If you enjoy what you do, as well as love educating your patients, come join our awesome Dental Family!!!  Monday - Thursday:7:40am - 5:00pm (W/lunch1:00-2:00)  Fridays from 7:40am - 1:00pm.   RESPONSIBILITIES: *Assist in the assessment and management of oral health for all patients. *Perform clinical oral hygiene procedures per the treatment plan developed by the dentist including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, as well as sealant and fluoride applications.   *Record patient-hygienist transactions as they occur to completely reflect the nature of the contact, the condition of the patient, and the care or treatment provided. *Provide oral health education and counseling to patients. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills while establishing positive relationships. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated and Dependable. *Current state of Georgia RDH license and certification from an accredited dental hygiene school. *Superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology. *Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to all patients. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Knowledge of Dentrix software. *Ability to capture DEXIS digital x-rays and able to learn new programs as necessary. *The ideal candidate will be familiar with PPO dental insurance plans. *Bi-Lingual (english/spanish) is a huge plus!!! *Most importantly, the right Hygienist MUST have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, be a TEAM player, be SELF-MOTIVATED and willing to LEARN and GROW with the office. *60 minute prophies *New Pts see the Dr for their initial exam and X-Rays.
