We are searching for a friendly receptionist to ensure patient appointments are properly scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled based on their needs. The receptionist duties include: -Entering patient information into our computer system -Answering patient inquiries (by phone and in person) -Coordinating referrals to/from other dental professionals Our ultimate candidate has a positive attitude and energy, is committed, self-motivated, and a team player. They will have excellent organization and time management for efficiency, as well as great verbal skills and the ability to work well with children and adults. Experience is preferred but not required, we will provide training for the right person. We offer excellent compensation contingent on skills and experience. Our two offices are located in Basking Ridge and Mendham, NJ. Staff hours are Monday through Friday 7:45 am-5:00 pm, no nights or weekends.
