Position: Front Desk Coordinator Location: Heritage Trace Dental, Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling calls, verifying insurance, and presenting treatment plans. Youand#39;ll also process payments, maintain a clean and organized front office, and support our dental staff to facilitate smooth office operations. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a dental Strong understanding of dental office procedures and terminology. Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, explaining the proposed dental procedures and addressing any questions or concerns. Exceptional ability in verifying insurance coverage and presenting comprehensive treatment plans to patients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with patients and team members. High level of organization and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment. Proficiency in dentrix software is a plus A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
