We are a family-owned dental practice providing excellent and personalized oral health care to individuals and families in the Katy/Richmond/Fulshear area. Our goal is to offer a welcoming, caring, and comfortable environment for all our patients. We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team and help us continue our tradition of outstanding service. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the dental office. Maintain an efficient schedule for dentists to optimize patient flow and satisfaction. Ensure that the office adheres to local, state, and federal regulations and stays current with any changes to these regulations. Manage patient records, billing, and insurance reimbursements. Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of front desk personnel and RDAs. Maintain and order office and dental supplies while staying within budget. Implement office policies and procedures, and ensure all staff are trained on them. Assist in resolving any patient concerns or complaints in a professional, compassionate manner. Coordinate with dental team members to ensure a high-quality patient experience. Implement marketing strategies to attract new patients. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a dental office, with at least 3 years in a management role. Familiarities with dental office software, like Dentrix or Eaglesoft or Open Dental. Excellent understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures. Experience with Medicaid and PPO insurance is required. Exceptional customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to handle and resolve patient concerns or complaints. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly.
