Job Description: As a Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment plans and assisting them with scheduling appointments and financial arrangements. Roles and Expectations: 1. Patient Care: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. 2. Treatment Coordination: Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients. 3. Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient appointments effectively, ensuring optimal scheduling and coordination of treatments. 4. Financial Coordination: Assist patients with insurance verification, payment processing, and financial arrangements to ensure seamless payment procedures. 5. Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, managing office supplies, and handling phone calls.
