Our office is a private dental practice ( not a corporate office ) with positive and friendly culture. We have 5 star google reviews and is dedicated in serving Flower Mound, Lewisville and nearby communities. We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team, who have the skills of :1) schedule new patients, restorative and hygiene patients. 2) verify dental insurance, treatment plan calculation, follow up on claims and payments, 3) experienced in managing the front side of the office. As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth patient flow and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, have a friendly manner and reliable character. This position is Mon to Wed ( 3 days/week ). Business hours: 10am-6pm. Pay rate: $ 22-25/hr. Previous experience as scheduling coordinator or insurance coordinator at private dental practices is preferred. Duties: - Greet and check-in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently - Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally - Maintain electronic medical records using Eaglesoft and Modento - Handle patient billing and insurance claims processing - Coordinate with dental assistant to ensure seamless patient care - Keep the reception area organized and tidy - Assist in managing urgent care cases effectively Requirements: - Proven experience working as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental clinic setting - Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures - Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients in a courteous manner - Knowledge of records, billing management and HIPAA regulations - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure - Experience with phone systems and basic IT systems, troubleshooting is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for the Dental Receptionist position at our office.
