Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable individual to serve as our Front Desk and Professional Relationship Coordinator. This dual role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for patients and building strong relationships with referring dentists. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills and a passion for both patient care and professional networking. Front Desk Duties: - Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. - Manage daily patient check-in and check-out processes. - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries promptly. - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar to ensure efficient workflow. - Verify patient insurance, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records. - Coordinate follow-up appointments and ensure patients have a clear understanding of their treatment plans. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold the office's professional image. Professional Relationship Coordination: - Act as the liaison between the office and referring dentists to maintain and strengthen relationships. - Arrange meetings and lunches with referring dentists to discuss collaboration opportunities. - Track and manage communications with referral offices, ensuring all inquiries and patient referrals are addressed promptly. - Prepare promotional materials, thank-you gifts, and event invitations for referring dentists. - Oversee social media marketing efforts, including creating posts, engaging with audiences, and encouraging online reviews from patients. - Monitor patient reviews and coordinate efforts to improve online reputation. - Identify and reach out to potential new referring offices to expand the network. Administrative and Supportive Duties: - Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management as needed. - Support other team members by assisting with patient care coordination and administrative tasks when required. - Help with organizing office events, continuing education seminars, and patient appreciation activities.
