Associate Dentist – Full-Time | Practice in Visalia, CA (93266) $30K Sign-On Bonus | 35% Production | $400K+ Potential | Mentorship & Growth Track We’re hiring a full-time Associate General Dentist to join our thriving private group practice in Visalia, CA—just minutes from Tulare. Founded in 1980, our well-established practice welcomes 250+ new patients monthly across two locations. What We Offer: - $30,000 Sign-On Bonus - 35% of Production (no lab deductions) - Top Associates earn $400,000+ annually - Base Salary up to $200,000, depending on experience - CE Allowances - No HMOs – Fee-for-service and PPO only - Strong Hygiene Team – Over 6,000 active patients - Flexible Schedule – Morning and evening shifts available - Supportive Team Culture – Active mentorship and case collaboration - Specialty Support – On-site pediatric dentistry and oral surgery - Management-Free Dentistry – Focus on patient care, not admin work Ideal Candidate: - DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school - Active California dental license - 2–3 years of experience preferred, but new grads welcome - Comfortable with a wide range of general procedures - Endo and oral surgery skills strongly preferred (premolar/molar focus) - Strong communicator, team-oriented, and growth-minded Why Tulare / Visalia?
