Dental Assistant – Full Time (Mon–Thurs, 8am–5pm; Possible Fridays) 📍 Redmond, OR 💲 Great Hours | Competitive Pay | Positive Team Environment We’re seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice! What You’ll Do: - Assist the dentist with procedures including exams, cleanings, and treatments - Set up and maintain treatment rooms and sterilized instruments - Perform four-handed dentistry to support clinical efficiency - Capture X-rays and other medical imaging as needed - Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant patient records - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions - Uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe, clean environment - Provide front office support such as appointment scheduling and patient inquiries What We’re Looking For: - Dental Assisting experience preferred (Pediatric experience is a plus!) - Proficient in dental systems, equipment, and imaging - Knowledgeable in infection control and medical documentation - Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach - Experience with front office or dental reception is a bonus Join us and help create healthy, confident smiles in a practice that values teamwork, growth, and positivity.
