Job Title: Orthodontic Assistant Location: Greenacres, Florida Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday) 34 hrs (830am - 4:45 pm) Compensation: $25 to $30 based on skills and integration into our system ________________________________ 🦷 About Us We are a fast-paced, patient-focused orthodontic practice dedicated to delivering high-quality care and beautiful smiles in a friendly and professional environment. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant to join us! ________________________________ ✅ Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist with procedures such as wire changes, impressions, and bracket placement/removal Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas Take digital x-rays and intraoral photos Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Maintain accurate patient records using Ortho2 Edge Support front office team as needed for scheduling or patient coordination Rotated office cleaning and preparation duties ________________________________ 👩‍⚕️ Requirements X-ray Certification (required) BLS Certification (required) Orthodontic experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate, can start out as a sterilization tech but you will need to be able to learn or work hard and be willing to get out there with the patients and move with confidence in yourself Excellent communication and organizational skills A positive, team-player attitude and professional demeanor ________________________________ 🎁 What We Offer Competitive hourly wage Professional development and training A supportive team and upbeat work environment Paid time off and holidays - 30 minutes unpaid break daily.
