This flexible, temporary opportunity is ideal for a skilled clinician who enjoys working in new settings and supporting practices in need of short-term coverage. You'll be part of a collaborative team ensuring patients continue receiving seamless care while the permanent provider is away. What You’ll Love About This Opportunity - Competitive hourly pay: $200,000 - $300,000 based with a base/production - Flexible weekday schedule (no evenings or weekends) - Opportunity to work across different practice settings - Full clinical autonomy with a dedicated support team - Make a meaningful impact during transitions in care About the Role You’ll perform a wide range of general dental procedures, maintain strong patient relationships, and adapt quickly to each clinic’s unique systems and technologies. From exams and fillings to extractions and patient education, you’ll keep care consistent and high-quality. What You’ll Do - Provide general dentistry procedures: exams, cleanings, crowns, root canals, etc. - Diagnose and treat oral health conditions with appropriate care plans - Administer anesthesia and ensure patient comfort - Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care - Maintain clear, accurate patient records and documentation - Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office staff - Adhere to legal and clinical safety standards - Ensure timely patient flow and positive visit experiences - Adapt to various dental technologies and workflows What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school - Active Wisconsin dental license - Current DEA registration (if applicable) - Strong clinical knowledge and experience in general dentistry - Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and lead with empathy Location This is an in-person, temporary assignment in Mequon, WI 53097.
