Description

We’re a general dentistry in Pinole that believes in conservative diagnosis, honest care, and building lasting relationships with our patients. We’re currently seeking a dental assistant (DA or RDA) and registered dental hygienist (RDH) to join our team. We welcome all levels of experience and are happy to train the right person. We’re open to full-time, part-time, or on-call/temp availability. A Few Things About Our Office: -We maintain a productive, steady schedule (typically 7 patients per day per hygienist) -We’ve built a reputation for being attentive, skilled, and trustworthy -We work hard and do our best to keep things positive, supportive, and respectful – even on the tough days We’re Looking for Someone Who: -Is warm, friendly, patient and brings a consistently positive attitude to work -Communicates clearly and constructively, with a can-do mindset -Cares for patients the way they would care for family -Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment without drama -Can multitask and stay calm and organized under pressure -Is dependable, coachable, and respectful to teammates -Brings a strong work ethic, takes pride in doing a good job, and shows up ready to contribute Qualifications: -DA, RDA, or RDH -Required certifications and licensure must be current for the position you’re applying for -A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute positively to the team Bonus if you have: Experience with Dentrix, fluency in another language, and professional references ready to recommend you. Compensation is commensurate with experience and the position you are applying for.
