Santos Dental Health and Wellness is seeking an experienced team-oriented patient coordinator/insurance coordinator. Must be familiar and proficient in dental insurance and have a clinical background. Duties include patient scheduling and coordination, patient financial planning, insurance submissions, posting insurance payments, ledger management, and AR management. Must be familiar with insurance appeals process and clinical documentation. Having a deep understanding of insurance on an individual basis is preferable as we accept several insurance plans. Discretion is a plus and good character is a must. Office manager will be direct supervisor and will coordinate and work along side this position for oversight and support. Experience with Vyne and Claim X software as well as Eaglesoft management software preferred, but not a requirement.
