Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated front office team member. Prior experience with Dentrix is a must. Required capabilities include: verify insurance, answer phones, schedule patients, and other front office duties as assigned. Ideal candidate should be exceptional with customer service- we are an out of network dental office with no HMO/Medicaid. Duties include but are not limited to recall, scheduling, billing, treatment plan presentations, collecting payment, following up with other reports as needed. We are closed weekends and no late evenings! Hours are normally 9 or 4 with appointments at 8 and until 5 only by request Tuesday through Friday.
