We’re Hiring: Full-Time Front Office staff Our dental office in Magnolia area is looking for a full-timer to join our friendly and supportive team. We’re seeking someone who is positive, organized, energetic with a commitment to excellent patient care, teamwork, and professionalism. Main Duties: -Welcome patients and guide them through check-in and check-out. -Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and insurance billing/ claims. -Manage paperwork, process payments, and verify insurance. -Discuss treatment plans, costs, and payment options with patients. -Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and assist with treatment planning. -Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining office policies. Qualifications: 2 years of dental or front office experience required. Familiarity with Eagle preferred, but not mandatory.
