Associate Dentist — Immediate Partnership Opportunity

Location: Niceville, FL

Mid Bay Dental is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Full-Time Associate Dentist with an immediate partnership and ownership opportunity. • Technology: CBCT, digital X-rays, iTero, 2 Trios scanners, electric handpieces
  • Hygiene: 4 full-time hygienists
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday 7:30 am–4:30 pm (No Saturdays)
  • Production: ~$180K–$200K net production/month
  • Payer mix: FFS + PPO (Delta/VA/MetLife)
  • Current doctors: 1 (owner)

Clinical Scope (What You’ll Do)

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry while helping expand and maintain services such as:
  • Preventive and restorative dentistry (crowns, bridges, fillings, dentures)
  • Cosmetic dentistry (veneers)
  • Clear aligners/Invisalign
  • Implant placement (preferred)
  • Endodontic procedures (preferred)

Immediate Partnership / Ownership Focus

This role is designed for a dentist who wants to move quickly toward partnership/ownership:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $300,000.00 plus
  • Benefits: Robust benefits package including eligibility for medical benefits, 401(k), malpractice coverage (and additional compensation consideration for experienced candidates)
