Spring Cypress Oral Surgery is hiring a surgical assistant to join our amazing team! We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, upbeat Oral Surgery Assistant or an experienced general dentistry assistant (we are willing to train oral surgery) looking to join a fun, friendly, and fast-paced team. What You’ll Do: Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures (extractions, implants, sedation cases, etc.) Prepare and sterilize instruments and surgical suites Take and monitor patient vitals and review medical histories Deliver clear pre- and post-operative instructions Maintain an organized, efficient, and upbeat workflow Support your team with a positive attitude and great energy ✅ What We’re Looking For: Experience in oral surgery or dental assisting preferred (we’re happy to train the right person!)
