Hello! We are in search of an associate dentist to join our growing company in the Jefferson County area! This would be a great opportunity for a new grad! Most of our patients and staff have been with our office for a very long time. The ideal candidate will be both patient oriented and detail focused. We are looking for someone who takes pride in her/his work. Our associate dentists dictate treatment and time necessary for appointments. Our associates also have a voice in the overall operation of the office and scheduling needs. We are looking for someone who is willing to take the time to provide patients with great overall care and take the time to educate patients in a respectful and kind manner. We are NOT corporate and each of our offices is completely separate. The office currently has 5 operatories. We have 2 hygiene operatories and 3 restorative. The office is already fully staffed with wonderful people that have been hired largely based on demeanor and interpersonal communication. The office sees PPO and cash patients Monday-Thursday 9-5. No Fridays, weekends,nights, or holidays. We are only in network with the best insurances and are currently booked out with hygiene until about March. The patients are wonderfully loyal and and receptive to treatment needed to keep them healthy and happy. We offer a salary base for our associates as well as commission incentives, paid holidays, PTO, and many other benefits. The owner/doctor covers health insurance for associates at 100% We pride ourselves on taking great care of our employees and associates and are constantly changing and expanding to provide a better work/life balance with an emphasis on employee satisfaction.
