 You’ll provide preventive and diagnostic dental services, patient education, and treatment in both clinic and outreach settings. With a supportive staff and a manageable patient flow, you’ll have time to focus on delivering exceptional care without the stress of corporate quotas. What You’ll Do - Deliver comprehensive outpatient dental care and follow-up - Supervise dental assistants and support staff - Prescribe medications and maintain accurate patient records - Participate in outreach programs and on-call rotation - Provide training to dental assistants in chairside, lab, sterilization, and radiology procedures What You’ll Bring - DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school - Active state dental license (or ability to obtain) - Commitment to patient education, preventive care, and community involvement
