You’ll provide a broad range of general dental services while helping patients understand and feel confident in their treatment. Ideal for a dentist who values autonomy, teamwork, and delivering quality care to every patient. What You’ll Do - Examine, diagnose, and treat oral conditions with precision and compassion - Perform restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures including crowns, root canals, extractions, implants, veneers, and fillings - Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-care - Oversee and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff - Maintain infection control and sterilization standards - Utilize digital imaging and charting software to document care accurately What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited program - Current California dental license and CPR certification - Proficiency in comprehensive general dentistry - Excellent communication and patient education skills - Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced settings - Team-oriented approach and integrity-driven work ethic Schedule - 2–4 days per week (Mon–Fri) - 9:00am–6:00pm Compensation and Benefits - $135,000–$156,000 per year based on schedule - Flexible hours and supportive environment - Consistent patient flow and full chair utilization Why Santa Rosa
