Dental Front Office Coordinator Are you a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a patient-centered environment? Our private dental practice is seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our modern, supportive, and highly professional team. What You’ll Do • Be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and professional experience • Manage scheduling, billing, insurance, and treatment planning with accuracy and efficiency • Communicate with patients and team members clearly and effectively • Utilize Eaglesoft (preferred) or similar practice management software for charting, treatment planning, and administrative tasks What We’re Looking For • 1–2 years of experience in a dental front office or similar healthcare role • Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology • Excellent communication skills—listening first, then responding thoughtfully • Confident, motivated, and team-oriented individual who takes pride in their role • Proficient in Eaglesoft and MS Office (or similar systems) with strong typing and computer skills • Bonus: Back-office dental experience Why Join Us • Independent, non-DSO practice focused on individualized, patient-centered care • State-of-the-art facility with the latest technology • A professional, cohesive team that supports and values one another • A loyal patient family you’ll enjoy working with • Work-life balance: 3 ½ day work week (early leave Thursdays!)
