Description
Magnolia Ridge Dentistry – Dental Assistant About Us We’re not your average dental office. Magnolia Ridge Dentistry in Melissa, TX is an airway-focused, boutique-style practice that helps children and adults breathe better, sleep better, and smile brighter. While our specialty lies in airway, pediatric, and orthodontic care, we also provide general dentistry to support complete, long-term oral health for our patients. We believe dentistry should be about more than teeth — it’s about whole-body health, confidence, and growth. Our why is simple: when you change how someone breathes, you change how they live. Every child we treat for early jaw development or tongue-tie therapy and every adult we help find restful sleep reminds us that we’re doing something bigger than dentistry. If you want to make a difference in patients’ lives every single day, this is the place for you. The Role: Dental Assistant As our Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a calm, connected, and organized experience for every patient. From helping kids through growth-focused ortho visits to supporting airway evaluations, general dentistry procedures, and sleep appliance delivery, you’ll be part of a team that’s redefining what comprehensive care feels like. Ask yourself: Do you love working with children and families? Are you energized by innovation and learning new technology? Do you want to be part of a purpose-driven team that’s growing something special? If you’re nodding “yes,” we can’t wait to meet you.
