Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, long-term, flexible Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team by ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while providing exceptional patient care. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist in various dental procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a clean and organized environment. We are open 3-4 days a week, including 2 Saturdays a month. The days open vary week-to-week. Requirements: Dental Radiology License Required. CPR Certification Required. Proven experience as a Dental Assistant required (1-2 years minimum preferred). Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques is essential. Understanding of general dentistry procedures and anatomy knowledge is required. Ability to take X-rays safely and effectively, adhering to safety protocols. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
