What You’ll Love - $28–$34 per hour based on experience - Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends - Stable, team-oriented environment with clear systems - Bonus structure and holiday pay - Convenient North Bay location with easy access from Windsor, Rohnert Park, and nearby communities About the Role - Support a private-practice model that serves Denti-Cal and other PPO plans - Provide four-handed chairside assisting across a full range of treatments - Prepare ops, manage sterilization, and maintain OSHA and infection control standards - Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care - Collaborate with a detail-oriented clinical team to keep the day running smoothly What You’ll Do - Set up and break down operatories for cosmetic, crown and bridge, extractions, implant placement, endodontics, restorative, removable and fixed prosthetics, and Invisalign - Capture and review digital radiographs and intraoral images as directed - Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns and provisional restorations - Chart accurately, document treatment, and track lab cases and inventory - Assist with patient education, post-op instructions, and treatment coordination What You’ll Bring - High school diploma or equivalent - Current California RDA pocket license - Current CPR certification - OSHA and infection control compliance - Mastery of four-handed dentistry, operatory set-ups, and temporaries - Traits that thrive here: disciplined, resilient, persistent, conscientious, loyal, ambitious, honest, flexible, and grounded in integrity - Calm, patient-first communicator and a reliable teammate Schedule - Monday: 9–6 - Tuesday: 9–6 - Wednesday: 9–6 - Thursday: 9–6 - Friday: 9–6 Compensation and Benefits - $28–$34 per hour, paid biweekly - Holiday pay and performance bonus structure If you’re a precision-focused Dental Assistant who takes pride in teamwork, patient comfort, and smooth clinical flow, we’d love to meet you.
