Job Title: VA Treatment Coordinator At Polished Family Dental, we are honored to serve those who have served our country. As a trusted dental care provider working closely with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), we proudly accept VA dental referrals and provide exceptional care to eligible veterans in our community. We are seeking a dedicated VA Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring our veteran patients receive timely, high-quality care by coordinating treatment authorizations, scheduling, and claims processing. Key Responsibilities: Schedule approved treatments for veteran patients Request authorizations for pending treatments Upload required documents into the VA portal Submit claims to the VA Monitor and follow up on VA claims aging reports Qualifications: Prior experience in dental or medical office administration preferred Knowledge of VA claims processes is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to navigate online portals and maintain accurate records Why Join Us?
