Pediatric or General Dentist – Tacoma, WA 98391 Proxi Dental Staffing is hiring a Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist comfortable with pediatric patients for a 6-month maternity coverage assignment near Tacoma, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, organized pediatric practice that values gentle care, teamwork, and great communication. Travel and lodging support are available for the right candidate. Ideal for dentists who enjoy working with children, this position combines routine restorative and preventive care with sedation and general anesthesia experience. What You’ll Do ⁃ Provide high-quality pediatric dental care to patients under 18 ⁃ Perform exams, fillings, crowns, and oral sedation procedures ⁃ Participate in anesthesia cases on Fridays ⁃ Maintain accurate, compliant records and patient documentation ⁃ Collaborate with a skilled clinical and administrative team What You’ll Bring ⁃ DDS/DMD and an active Washington dental license ⁃ Experience or comfort treating children and managing pediatric cases ⁃ Familiarity with sedation or general anesthesia protocols ⁃ Strong communication and a calm, compassionate chairside manner Compensation $130 per hour, 3 days per week.
