General or Pediatric Dentist – Visalia, CA 93257 (Porterville-Based Role) Proxi Dental Staffing is hiring a Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist comfortable treating children for a brand-new, community-focused dental clinic based in Porterville, CA, just 30 minutes southeast of Visalia. With full administrative and clinical support, you can concentrate on delivering high-quality, compassionate dentistry while helping shape a growing community practice. What You’ll Do ⁃ Provide preventive and restorative dental care for children and teens ⁃ Perform exams, fillings, crowns, and nitrous oxide treatments ⁃ Build relationships with families and educate patients on oral health ⁃ Maintain accurate and compliant dental records ⁃ Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience What You’ll Bring ⁃ DDS/DMD and active California dental license (or eligibility) ⁃ Comfort treating pediatric patients exclusively ⁃ Experience with nitrous oxide; sedation permit preferred ⁃ Team-oriented mindset and passion for community-based care Compensation Starting at $150,000 per year, plus performance incentives and full benefits package.
