What You’ll Do - Deliver surgical and implant procedures with precision - Lead treatment planning and patient consultations - Collaborate closely with referring dentists and specialists - Maintain accurate and compliant patient records - Ensure excellence in patient safety and post-op care What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD with Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery certification - Active or eligible Texas dental license - Board certification (ABOMS) preferred - Strong communication, leadership, and patient-first mindset Compensation Production-based pay with annual earning potential in the $500K–$999K range.
