We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our administrative team and ensure the smooth, efficient daily operations of our office to maximize patient' s experience. ***Responsibilities: Manage all front office operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and insurance verification. Oversee staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Ensure providers' schedules are full and efficiently balanced. Manage office budget and financial operations, including collections and receivables. Maintain office supplies and manage the ordering process. Handle staff scheduling, time clocks, and payroll. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain patient records. Serve as a point of leadership and communication for staff, and work to resolve employee and patient issues. Collaborate with the dentist on business strategy and goals. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an office manager or similar role in a dental practice. Proficiency with dental office software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Experience with dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance (PPO and HMO). Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
