About Our Practice We’re a modern general dental practice in Matthews, North Carolina, offering comprehensive care with a focus on comfort, quality, and technology. Our patients appreciate our personalized approach, transparent communication, and commitment to excellence. You’ll be joining a practice equipped with: Dentrix practice management system 3Shape Trios 5 digital scanner NOMAD handheld X-ray CBCT imaging technology And a caring, skilled team dedicated to clinical excellence Position: Registered Dental Hygienist Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional Fridays (Enjoy 5 weeks of vacation per year plus 6 paid holidays for a true work–life balance!) We’re seeking a hygienist who: Communicates clearly and builds strong patient relationships through education and trust Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Takes pride in precision and prefers using loupes and a headlight for optimal care Brings a positive, dependable, and growth-minded attitude every day Values long-term relationships—with both patients and teammates Is either an experienced clinician or a new graduate eager to learn (training provided!)
