About Us We’re are a group of private family practices in Stockton, Tracy and Dublin owned by a husband and wife dental team. We’ve been around for over 20 years. We can attest to our success by our track record of ethical, excellent, high quality, modern, high tech dentistry. Our practices are growing to where we need to add a clinical provider who will care about our team and patients as much as we do. We hope to find a dentist who wants to make our offices their dental home. We're looking to add a doctor clinical days in our Tracy office on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and in our Stockton office on Tuesdays and Fridays, and in our Dublin office on Fridays and Saturdays. Our office tagline is “Let our family take care of yours…” A Day in the Life As a General Dentist @Grant Line Smiles @Dublin Smiles @March Lane Smiles Arriving at 7:45am to huddle with your team to celebrate yesterday’s wins, address the opportunities, and prepare for today's patients. You walked in prepared and ready! A 8am crown prep and scanned using a CEREC or ITERO LUMINA to send electronically to a local lab. A 9:30 hygiene appointment with a long time patient who shares your love of Mexican food. An emergency walks in and you address their pain with a surgical extraction. A 10:30 am fillings on the upper right quad. Greeting every new patient in the reception room and spending several minutes getting to know them. Spending lunch with your assistants to train them on your expectations and to hear their feedback about how you can improve your communications with patients. Reviewing treatment plans with your mentor doctor on different ways to approach treatment. You love working in our dental office environment, especially if you are a new graduate. You thrive as your experience grows under the mentorship of an experienced GP. You enjoy excellent communication between the front, back, and patients because we use modern high tech systems such as OPEN DENTAL, DEXIS, SCHICK, OVERJET, FLEX, GLIDEWELL IO, GLIDEWELL FAST PRINT and MANGO VOICE. You love working with our group of patients whose families have been in our practice for multiple generations. You’ll see grandma in the am, and her grandson in the pm. This role is for you if... What winning looks like: How we will measure your success over time: It ain’t perfect, but the production of dentistry [in dollars] really aligns with how well you are delivering care to the population. We will be measuring your performance and we expect you to be comfortable with this and have a continual desire to improve your outcomes. We measure patient satisfaction specific to every provider, and we will be asking patients if they trust you and if they want to return after meeting you. Our success as an industry is directly tied to how well our patients feel that we’ve met their needs, and we expect you to do everything in your power to make this work. % of appointments that start late, because we value the time of our customers!
