We are looking for someone who: • Is respectable inside and outside of the workplace • Is passionate about the growth of the practice • Is well organized and detail-oriented • Is a quick learner • Works well with others • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Provides exceptional patient care and education • Is an efficient multitasker ________________________________________ Some of the Job Duties Include: • Performing dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning) • Taking and interpreting digital radiographs • Conducting periodontal assessments and charting • Applying sealants and fluoride treatments • Providing patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care • Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records • Assisting the dentist with exams as needed • Maintaining sterilization and infection control standards • Contributing to a positive and welcoming patient experience ________________________________________ Personnel Requirements • Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Texas • CPR certification • Nitrous oxide certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) ________________________________________ We have made it our goal at Sulphur Springs Family Dental to serve our patients with exceptional dental care and customer service.
