Surgical Assistant Periodontal Associates of Fort Worth is a well-established, patients focused and busy periodontal and dental implant office in Fort Worth, Tx. We are looking for a full-time Surgical Dental Assistant (RDA License required). The most important requirement of this position is the ability to genuinely serve our patients on every level, including the ability to enhance patient satisfaction and increase office efficiency. You must be able to positively impact patients, coworkers, referring offices and the practice as a whole. Qualifications and Skills: We have found that successful candidates for this position usually have: · Texas license · Minimum 4 years of experience as surgical assistant. · Competent in all aspect of surgery · Knowledge of IV sedation is a plus. · Previous experience assisting a periodontist, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon · Ability to positively impact patients, referrals, teammates, and the practice as a whole. · Proven track record of growth · Experienced with customer service. · Experience with “OpenDental” or similar dental management software · Good communication and listening skills. · Ability to embrace our teamwork culture that prioritizes our patients’ health and satisfaction and is focused on the well-being of our team members and colleagues. · Willing to train a self-motivated individual that is eager to learn. .
