The Role We are seeking an experienced, personable, and detail-oriented Front Desk team member who is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences from the very first phone call to the final checkout. This role is for someone who: Has experience with Dentrix (or similar dental software). Understands dental insurance benefits and how to help patients maximize them as out-of-network providers. Brings excellent communication and customer service etiquette. Takes pride in building long-term relationships with patients and ensuring they feel cared for.
