Wink Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and dependable Front Office Coordinator / Treatment Planner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of their results. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and passionate about helping patients begin their orthodontic journey. You’ll manage phones, scheduling, treatment coordination, and business-to-business marketing while ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional Wink Orthodontics experience. Responsibilities: Daily scheduling Patient communication Coordinate treatment plans and present financial options Support marketing and community outreach initiatives Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail in all front office tasks Qualifications: Prior experience in dental or orthodontic treatment planning preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Reliable, organized, and proactive work ethic Driven by performance and personal accountability Compensation & Schedule: This is a performance-based position offering a generous bonus structure tied directly to results.
