Join our close-knit team at Adams Perio — an established periodontal practice in Garner — and help us deliver high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment. Why you’ll love working with us: We’re a dedicated team focused on periodontal and implant dentistry, led by David J. Adams, DMD, MS. Adams Perio +1 You’ll work in a modern, patient-centered office where quality care and teamwork go hand in hand. 32 hours per week gives you stability — and time for life outside the office. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) with match. New to periodontal assisting? No problem — we are willing to train the right candidate who shares our values. What you’ll do: Assist the doctor with periodontal procedures and dental implants. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, maintain an efficient workflow. Build rapport with patients, providing comfort, clear communication, and support from check-in through post-op. Work closely with our team to deliver seamless, high-quality care in a calm yet energetic atmosphere. Uphold strict infection control standards and keep our clinical areas organized and safe. What we’re looking for: A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and commitment to stellar patient experiences. Willingness to learn and grow in a periodontal speciality setting. Dental assistant training or certification preferred, but not required — training provided. Reliability, professionalism, and a warm patient-centered approach.
