We have a dental asssistant opening for that special dental assistant. We would like to hire an assistant with at least 12 months of experience side chair. Twelve months of experience is desirable but not required. Our office is a small family practice which serves a diverse patient population. We are focused on forming relationships with our patients and deliver to them the best in dental care. We have patients with whom we have worked with, laughed with and taught for decades. Our latest motto is We are here to treat and teach. We offer a fun and peaceful environment, and we are looking for that key employee to make our team sparkle. What we need is a back office assistant who can do it all or learn it all. Someone who has or willing to learn, excellent to side chair skills, and also handle front office duties if or when the need arises. If you can do that or wiling to learn that you might be the one. And, if you also happen to be bilingual as well, you would be a gem. If that is not you, do worry, we are not looking for the perfect staff member. That would be great, but we have found some of our best team members who are ready to work and learm even if they do not have all the qualifications in the beginning. Our office works at a medium to fast pace which provides opportunity to increase your skill level and help the office offer the vaired services from dental emergency care to dental implants that our patients need.
