The Opportunity We’re looking for Associate Dentists who values quality, collaboration, and patient-centered care. What You’ll Do -Provide comprehensive, ethical dental care and treatment planning -Perform high-quality restorative, preventive, and emergency procedures -Leverage digital dentistry tools and same-day workflow efficiencies -Document clearly and completely to ensure clean claims and timely reimbursement -Build lasting relationships with patients and teammates through trust and communication -Contribute to a culture of learning, mentorship, and clinical excellence What We’re Looking For -DMD/DDS with an active Florida dental license (or eligibility) -Current DEA and BLS/CPR certification -Comfortable with digital charting, imaging, and modern workflows (Open Dental experience is a plus) -Strong communication and team-building skills -Spanish fluency required; Creole a plus Compensation & Benefits -Guaranteed base salary or percentage of collections (whichever is higher) -Profit-sharing opportunity based on individual collections performance -Starting compensation range $150,000–$200,000+ annually, DOE -Collections-based bonuses after 6 months -Comprehensive mentorship program and ongoing CE support -Predictable scheduling, no on-call or weekends required -Supportive staff ratios and modern operatories -Paid CE and full benefits package
