Position: Office Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–5+ years dental office management Software: Curve / Dentrix familiarity preferred About Us Brooklyn City Dental is a busy, modern 6-operatory private practice with a strong patient base and a growing team. We focus on high-quality dentistry, an elevated patient experience, and a system-driven workflow. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence, and can help scale our practice to the next level. Responsibilities Manage and support a team of front desk, assistants, hygienists, and treatment coordinator Run morning huddles and weekly team meetings Oversee scheduling to meet daily/weekly/monthly production goals Ensure strong new patient flow and reduce no-shows Supervise insurance verification, claims, AR, and daily collections Maintain systems, checklists, protocols, and compliance (HIPAA/OSHA) Resolve escalated patient concerns professionally Support marketing, reviews, and patient communication Coordinate with the owner on KPIs, financial metrics, and growth initiatives What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years experience as a dental office manager or senior admin lead Strong leadership, communication, and accountability Excellent understanding of dental insurance, claims, and treatment planning Experience in a high-volume dental environment Tech-savvy, organized, and systems-driven Ability to motivate a team and maintain a positive culture Strong problem-solving and patient-service skills Compensation Competitive salary (based on experience) Monthly performance bonuses based on KPIs Paid time off and holidays Long-term growth potential Office Details 6 operatories 2 hygienists, 3 assistants, 2 front desk, 1 treatment coordinator, 1 associate High new-patient volume, modern equipment, strong branding How to Apply Please send your resume to: 📧 [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info]
