Description

We are looking to add to our front desk team! We need a smiling face to greet our patients and help check them in. This front desk position involves: * Greeting patients as they enter the office and checking them using Dentrix. * Help patients update forms on iPads using platform Yapi * Answering the phone to schedule/reschedule appointments, as well as help navigate any question patients may have. * Answering patients via email and text through Weave software * Calling our recall lists of patients to help fill the hygiene schedule * Keeping the waiting room sanitized and tidy Experience in the dental field is appreciated as well as experience with Dentrix. Salary will start at an hourly rate of 16 dollars but can be increased after a two week probation period to match your skill set and experience. The office is open four days a week and we are ideally looking for someone that can work 8-2 Monday through Thursday, but are open if someone wants to work the full hours of 7am through 4 pm.
