Job Posting: Sterilization Technician and/or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Location: Modern, Newly Built Dental Office Team: 2 Doctors + an Amazing, Supportive Team Are you looking to join a friendly, upbeat dental practice where you can grow, learn, and love what you do every day? Our modern office is searching for a Sterilization Technician and/or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our compassionate team! What We Offer A positive, upbeat work environment A supportive team that values communication and collaboration Opportunities to expand your skills: Oral surgery services Toxin treatments (cosmetic) General dentistry A clean, modern, and efficient workspace A chance to make a real impact through compassionate patient care Your Role Depending on your experience and credentials, your position may include: Sterilization Technician Duties: Instrument sterilization, organization, and maintenance Supporting clinical flow and ensuring operatories are ready for patient care Assisting with back-office efficiency and team needs RDA Duties (if applicable): Assisting chairside in a variety of procedures Providing excellent patient care and comfort Supporting doctors and team members in daily clinical operations Maintaining a clean, stocked, and compliant workspace Who We’re Looking For Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn Excellent communicator and team player Compassionate and patient-focused RDA license preferred (but not required for sterilization tech role) If you want to be part of a fun, growing practice where you’ll learn new skills and feel appreciated, we’d love to meet you!
