Treatment Plan Presenter/Team builder for General Dentist. Looking for someone with the gift of treatment presentation and relationship building with patients and staff. Will need to use people skills and advanced dental knowledge to create and maintain a full schedule. I have outsourced a lot of the clerical front office duties such as posting, bill paying, payroll etc to allow more time and effort for just the right warm personality to focus on the fun part of dentistry; caring for people, building smiles and improving the patient’s confidence. This position could be filled by an office manager tired of being bogged down with the admin stuff, an exceptional dental assistant that has treatment plan building experience/pt education experience, dental hygienist no longer wanting to do clinical care. Pay will increase with increased experience , knowledge , education and willingness to take on more responsibilities. Very easy QuickStart with Eaglesoft expertise!! Being well-versed in dental insurance filing and explanations to patients is extremely valuable in this position. We have A TON of advanced tools to make your life easier!! (Modento, Dental Intelligence, Lassie and More) BCBS Health Insurance is available. 4-5 day a week work schedule. One office location/No travel. No Saturdays.
