Private general dentistry office in Roswell is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dental Assistant who is also cross-trained in front desk duties to join our growing team. We are looking for a candidate with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly, patient-focused attitude. The ideal team member is organized, dependable, works well at a fast pace, and demonstrates professionalism and care with every patient interaction. Experience with crown and bridge, intraoral scanning, and Open Dental software is highly preferred. Previous front office experience is a plus. This is a permanent position with a schedule of at least 4 days per week. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties -Four-handed chairside assisting -Intraoral scanning and impression-taking -Patient education and post-operative instructions -Sterilization, infection control, and lab duties -Managing lab cases and coordinating timelines -Clinical room setup and breakdown -Managing and ordering dental supplies Front Office / Administrative Support -Assisting with treatment plan presentation -Scheduling patients and confirming appointments -Verify insurance (if needed) and understanding basic coverage -Helping maintain smooth daily workflow between clinical and front office teams -Providing exceptional customer service and patient communication Qualifications: -Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred -Strong clinical competency (especially crown & bridge + scanning) -Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude -Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable -Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment -Knowledge of Open Dental is a plus -Willingness to travel occasionally for CE opportunities If you are passionate about patient care and looking to grow with a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
