Our hygienists' typical scheduling blocks are listed below: 90 min: New Patient Exams, 2 Quadrant SRP 60 min: Recall exams (Periodontal Maintenance, Prophylaxis), Emergency/Limited Exams Our office operates Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5PM and Friday 8AM-12PM (1 hour lunch from 12-1PM). We currently have openings for part-time and full-time options. Responsibilities: - Perform routine dental hygiene procedures, including administration of local anesthesia - Take digital x-rays with NOMAD technology as well intraoral photographs - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions - Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and taking blood pressure readings - Update and maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Collaborate with the dental office team to ensure efficient and effective patient care Skills: - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues - Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and patient assessment - Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a team - Proficient in medical record keeping and documentation - Knowledge of medical imaging techniques for dental diagnostics
