We are seeking an energetic, motivated dental assistant for our general dentistry practice. Applicant should be a licensed assistant with 3 years strong experience in general dentistry and oral surgery experience a plus. N2O certification is mandatory. Knowledge and use of Dentrix is preferred. Tasks will include: Assisting the doctor during both general and surgical procedures including wisdom teeth removal, surgical extractions, dental implants, bone grafting procedures and IV sedation Operatory setup and breakdown Sterilizing instruments Taking radiographs Pouring models Interacting with patients. The ideal candidate is someone who is patient-focused, a team player, and hard worker. This is a Tuesday to Friday position with hours from 7:30am-5:30pm Tuesday through Thursday, breaking for lunch from 12-1. On Fridays we work straight 7:30am-4:30pm. Your compensation will depend on experience and willingness to take on new tasks.
