 This is a patient-centered clinical role focused on prevention, education, and building long-term relationships. You’ll work closely with the doctor and assistants to deliver thorough, efficient care while keeping the day organized and on time. The ideal candidate is career-minded, dependable, and comfortable communicating clearly with both patients and teammates. What You’ll Do - Provide preventive hygiene care, including prophies, periodontal therapy, and fluoride treatments - Take digital radiographs and perform periodontal charting - Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and home-care routines - Review treatment needs and reinforce the importance of follow-up care - Maintain accurate clinical notes and support smooth patient flow throughout the day What You’ll Bring - Active South Carolina RDH license in good standing - Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset - Comfort discussing treatment needs and answering patient questions - Attention to detail, infection control, and patient safety Compensation - $40–43 per hour, depending on experience and schedule - Full benefits package including health and vision insurance, supplemental insurance options, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and holiday pay Location
