About the Role: As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll work closely with the doctor to deliver outstanding patient care. You’ll assist chairside, handle sterilization and operatory prep, and help ensure a smooth, efficient workflow. In addition to clinical duties, you’ll also support the front desk when needed — greeting patients, confirming appointments, and helping with basic administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who’s experienced, flexible, and enjoys both patient interaction and teamwork. Current Office Hours: Monday: 2 PM – 7 PM Tuesday: 7 AM – 3 PM Wednesday: 10 AM – 6 PM Thursday: 1 PM – 8 PM Friday and additional Saturday shifts coming soon What We’re Looking For: A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality 1+ year of dental assisting experience X-Ray Certification (preferred) Familiarity with oral surgery, endo, Invisalign, and implant procedures Experience with 3D scanning technology and digital impressions Knowledge of sterilization procedures and dental terminology Strong communication and organizational skills High school diploma required; dental assistant school preferred Responsibilities Include: Preparing rooms and patients for procedures Assisting the dentist during treatment (four-handed dentistry) Sterilizing instruments and maintaining stock Scheduling appointments and updating patient records Supporting front-desk operations when needed Join a close-knit dental team where your contributions matter and growth is encouraged.
