We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our private patient-centered practice. If you are passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, love working in a fast-paced clinical environment, and are committed to delivering high-quality care, we’d love to meet you. ✨ What You’ll Do -Clinical Support & Patient Care -Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures -Prepare, disinfect, and set up treatment rooms -Ensure instruments are sterilized and organized -Take quality digital X-rays and impressions (if permitted) -Provide patients with clear explanations and a calm, supportive experience -Practice Flow & Organization -Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out when needed -Help answer phones and schedule appointments -Prepare patient charts and ensure needed materials are ready -Help maintain smooth daily scheduling and reduce delays -Manage supplies, inventory, and operatory cleanliness -Support both front and back office teams when needed Documentation & Compliance -Accurately chart notes, treatment information, and patient records -Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols are followed -Assist with treatment planning and patient education 🌟 What We’re Looking For -Dental Assistant certification (CDA/RDA preferred, depending on state) -X-ray certification required -Strong communication and teamwork skills -Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated -Compassionate, patient-focused attitude -Ability to multitask in a busy office environment 💼 What We Offer -Competitive pay -Paid time off -Opportunities for training and growth -A positive, supportive work environment -A team that values collaboration, respect, and excellence
